Arnold is an experienced investor in the digital health space with experience at the pre-seed/seed and series A stages. His formal training lies in the field of Internal Medicine in the City of New York. He was a founding team member of One Medical where he worked for eight years as a clinician and also focused on the in-house EHR and business development. In 2015, he turned his focus to the world of data by joining Lumiata (acquired by Somatus in 2018). He joined DigiTx Partners in 2019 and advised CHAP Health as well. He remains an advisor to CHAP Health and has participated as an investment team member for ten opportunities, of which three were sourced and led by him (Eysz Lab, Health Note and Ruby Robotics). counsel for a select group of start-up companies. From early 1995 until 2001, Mr. Gross was a
member of the Business Transactions Practice Groups in the Silicon Valley offices of Skjerven,
Morrill, MacPherson, LLP and Rosenblum, Parrish and Isaacs. Prior to that, Mr. Gross worked in
the Washington, D.C. offices of Baker & McKenzie, focusing on international business

School of Economics and Political Science and earned his B.A. in International Affairs from
U.C.L.A. in 1986, where he was a member of the Varsity Rowing Team. He received his J.D.,

Washington, D.C., where he served as Executive Editor of the Commercial Protection Reporting

Jacob Reider is a family physician who wants the world to be more healthy. He has worked for three decades to improve the health of our communities through the innovative use of technology and the promotion of benevolence and humility.
He currently serves as CEO of Huddle Health, and as General Manager of Circulo Health. Herecently served as President of Healthy Alliance IPA and CEO of Alliance for Better Health, organizations built to empower community-based organizations and the people they serve - with a shared goal of improved health for Medicaid members and the uninsured.
He serves as adviser and Board member for several private sector organizations focused on health and healthcare, as well as several expert panels for departments and/or agencies of the US Department of Health and Human Services and the New York State Department of Health. He also served as the Deputy National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the US Department of Health and Human Services, and before that as CMIO Allscripts, one of the nation’s largest health IT developers. He lives near Albany, New York with his wife Alicia Ouellette, President of Albany Law School.
