Randy Gross, Esquire

Since founding Corporate Counsel, Inc. in 2001, Randall Gross has served as outside general counsel for a select group of start-up companies. From early 1995 until 2001, Mr. Gross was a member of the Business Transactions Practice Groups in the Silicon Valley offices of Skjerven, Morrill, MacPherson, LLP and Rosenblum, Parrish and Isaacs. Prior to that, Mr. Gross worked in the Washington, D.C. offices of Baker & McKenzie, focusing on international business transactions.

Born in San Francisco in 1964, Mr. Gross completed his undergraduate education at the London School of Economics and Political Science and earned his B.A. in International Affairs from U.C.L.A. in 1986, where he was a member of the Varsity Rowing Team. He received his J.D., with honors, in 1992 from The National Law Center at George Washington University, in Washington, D.C., where he served as Executive Editor of the Commercial Protection Reporting Service.

Arnold Lee, MD

Head of Clinical Product and Data

Arnold is an experienced investor in the digital health space with experience at the pre-seed/seed and series A stages. His formal training lies in the field of Internal Medicine in the City of New York. He was a founding team member of One Medical where he worked for eight years as a clinician and also focused on the in-house EHR and business development. In 2015, he turned his focus to the world of data by joining Lumiata (acquired by Somatus in 2018). He joined DigiTx Partners in 2019 and advised CHAP Health as well. He remains an advisor to CHAP Health and has participated as an investment team member for ten opportunities, of which three were sourced and led by him (Eysz Lab, Health Note and Ruby Robotics). In March of 2021 he joined Komodo Health as the Clinical Product Lead, participating in demonstrating the proprietary products to Life Science clients. Arnold drove over $1M in revenue in Q4 of 2021 and 2022 for Komodo. Incidentally, he picked up an America's Cup trophy in 2013.

Bryan served as the CTO at iPic Entertainment, where he was responsible for information technology operations, including product research and development, dev-ops, and customer experience. Prior to that, he transitioned Pro-Med to a SaaS platform and, as CIO of City Power Marketing, managed energy trading systems and a data center relocation to Fort Lauderdale. He currently serves as CEO of Huddle Health, and as General Manager of Circulo Health. Herecently served as President of Healthy Alliance IPA and CEO of Alliance for Better Health, organizations built to empower community-based organizations and the people they serve - with a shared goal of improved health for Medicaid members and the uninsured.

He serves as adviser and Board member for several private sector organizations focused on health and healthcare, as well as several expert panels for departments and/or agencies of the US Department of Health and Human Services and the New York State Department of Health. He also served as the Deputy National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the US Department of Health and Human Services, and before that as CMIO Allscripts, one of the nation’s largest health IT developers. Dr. Katy Lanz is a healthcare executive with over two decades of success building disruptive innovations. She most recently served PCMA, as Chief Strategy Officer and Aspire Health, as Chief Clinical Officer from start-up through Anthem/Elevance acquisition in 2018.

Her advisory firm, TopSight Partners, is a strategy and design advisory partner that supports multi-stage organizations to create, evolve and scale community health products. Katy most recently was an advisor to Dollar General, National Investment Center, National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (Board), and other growing companies (provider services, payers, investors, tech and devices).

The first decade of Katy's career were at the bedside of the seriously ill. She is a nationally awarded clinical expert, mentor, fellow in palliative care, triple board certified, and leadership/business trained through Vanderbilt's Inaugural DNP program and Duke's Leadership Fellowship.
